Rare Diamonds and Gems Dance Company and Ensemble is first and foremost modeled as a pre-professional company.

As a Dance Company, RDG focuses on not only building technique and skills for a dancer, but providing the knowledge, tools, and opportunities needed to enhance their professional careers and be successful in the performing arts industry as young artists and as a career. We do this by providing platforms such as resume building, portfolios, photoshoots, community performances, master classes, special workshops, and other skill building opportunities.
